H2F Tactical Athlete Certification (H2FTAC)
Are you certified?
H2FTAC is a comprehensive 40-hour course in which Soldiers learn how to plan and program quality physical training and incorporate elements of nutritional, sleep, mental, and spiritual readiness into their daily lives to optimize training and recovery. This course is designed for E-5 and above.
