As tactical athletes, pain and injury are a given. However, many pains and injuries can be self-managed through basic movements and body maintenance. H2F is here to foster independent management and self-treatment for low grade injuries and soreness. See links below for various self-treatment techniques to keep you in the fight!

If still experiencing pain and loss of function after one week of self-treatment, stop by H2F at 0800 Monday-Friday to be evaluated by a Physical or Occupational Therapist. No referrals necessary.
