H2F Body Composition Workshop
**For Soldiers flagged for ABCP or General Weight Loss Goals**
Wednesdays from 1000-1130 (90-min)
Weight loss focused nutrition class, memo provided with Soldier Action Plan for flagged Soldiers at end of class
Must have 1 InBody Assessment prior to enrollment
Commissary Tour or 1-on-1 nutrition counseling must be chosen as part of Soldier Action Plan at end of brief.

Nutrition Turf Talks / LPDs

Can provide instruction during PT hours with a focus on pre/post-exercise fueling (15 minutes).
Platoon body fat assessment available upon request (Max 35 pax) from 0630-0730 (1 hour). Soldiers must be fasted, avoid exercise, alcohol, and caffeine 5 hours prior.
LPDs available upon request (60 minutes), provide date, time, location, and equipment available (i.e. projector, white board, etc.) and what nutrition topics to highlight (performance, field training, weight loss, general nutrition, etc.)

Measures body fat, water, muscle mass, and metabolism
Must fast and avoid exercise, caffiene, and alcohol 5 hours before testing.

One-on-One Nutrition Counseling
Available by appointment only
All weight loss requests must attend class prior to counseling.
Initial Appointments - 60 minutes on Tuesdays & Thursdays, at 1400; for Soldiers with medical complications such as hypertension, high cholesterol, kidney stones, IBS, allergies, etc.
Follow-Up Appointments - 30 minutes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, at 1300 and 1330
